Heat Pump and Furnace

We are very pleased with our decision to go with Golden Rule Plumbing.  After starting out this process with several companies, we became very frustrated and unsure of what direction to go.  Mark and Golden Rule were the only company we spoke with that measured every room and window.  They accessed our needs and followed up with a great product and service. 

The products we decided on were the Trane 95% Furnace and Trane XL16i Heat Pump Duel Fuel system. During the installation process they were polite, clean and very good with our kids.  Most of all, our electric usage has increased as expected, but at a discounted rate so it is very similar to what we were paying before and our gas usage has decreased significantly, at about $3 per day, all as predicted. 

Our two story home has been warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.  The temperature has also been evened out throughout the entire home.
